The Rebuilt Clubhouse
We took it down to the studs and rebuilt it with a separate cardio room, a cable machine in the weight room, a locker room, a cafe with a stocked fridge, private study rooms, conference rooms and ping pong in the arcade. Most of it is open 24/7.

Every home got a fresh coat of paint in 2024, the roads were resurfaced, the parking spaces were restriped and the pool got new charcoal grills.

Cottage Row is gated with one monitored entrance, every front door opens with a key fob, and every home has its own alarm. We also added more cameras at the pool and front gate.
